GoldVal.com Gold Company Review

The information provided on this web site is, of necessity, limited in nature. The information provided here gives some examples of the benefits of comparative valuation of gold companies. While certain information is provided in this site for the Senior Gold Companies, GoldVal.com undertakes far more comprehensive analysis over a broad range of gold companies, including the Mid-Cap and Junior sectors. Over 100 gold companies are covered in this review.

The report goes further in that it will provide more detailed comparative analysis – sub-divided for such factors as; domicile/listing of company; locality of operations; company size in terms of market capitalisation or gold production. The report will also include a summary information sheet for each of the companies which are covered. The report will be updated on a Quarterly basis - in November, February, May and August and will, as far as possible, incorporate the results of the most recent quarter presented by each company.

GoldVal.com Gold Transaction Report

GoldVal.com has compiled a substantial list of transactions which have taken place in recent years within the global gold mining industry. To date a list of over 250 transactions has been compiled. The number of transactions in the GoldVal.com database is growing with further research – and will also be updated as new transactions take place.

These transactions vary from simple deals to more complex arrangements and vary in size from a few million dollars to several billion dollars.

GoldVal.com is compiling a report which will deal with the valuation and comparison of these transactions – and which will take cognisance of various factors, including the gold price which prevailed at the time of the transactions.

The report is expected to take some time to complete before it can be made available. However, in the shorter term - expected by end July 2010 - it is intended to provide summary information on this site. Commissioned Reports

As well as the publication of the reports indicated above, GoldVal.com may be available to produce specifically commissioned reports relating to global gold mining, development and exploration. Such work could, for example, feature a particular gold company or group of gold companies. Groupings may include companies on a specific exchange or those active in a particular geographic area.  Such work could also be done on the Mid-Cap or Junior gold sector – or may highlight a particular company within a certain sector.

Commissioned reports could also include companies not mentioned in this site, such as those having a Market Capitalisation of less than $100m. Such reports could also include, but not be limited to, the kind of analysis presented in this web site - but can also be arranged to cover more specific aspects. Such commissioned reports may include the estimate of value or range of values that a particular gold asset or company may command in the market.

GoldVal.com is also able to offer more in-depth analysis of any specified gold company – either using public domain information or that which may be provided.
